Who doesn't love pasta???? I love all kinds of pasta I wish El Paso was a little more Italian influenced but of course its majority is Mexican and we can all definitely argue which restaurants are the best or whos grandma cooks the best enchiladas. So in this case I dream of the perfect pasta to be fresh and creamy. In particular I'd say a fresh creamy pesto sauce served over al dente pasta, sun-dried tomatoes with bacon pieces and chicken sprinkled with some freshly made feta cheese or parmesan cheese. OH! and not to forget with a glass wine thatll compliment the perfect plate of pasta. YUMMY!!
